About Me

Hey K2 Staff Gals! Welcome to the Coffee Couch. A place where you can be connected to each other and to me. I LOVE a lot of things but one of my favorite things is training leaders each summer at Kanakuk. So this blog is just a way for you all to stay connected to the K2 Family. If you are new to our K2 Family here is a bit about me:

* Graduated from UCM (university of Central Missouri in Warrensburg) w/ double major in English and P.E and a minor in biology

*Taught English at Branson High School for 14 years

* Head volleyball head, track coach & assistant basketball coach for 14 years

* 3 amazing kids (Bo, Tee and Shayla) and a cute dog...Darla Muffin

* I love to: read, laugh, hang out with teenagers, going to any type of ball game and being with my kiddos. 

* Worked summers at Kanakuk from 1992-1997

* Became full time women’s executive director from 1997-2011
